Shipping policy

All orders placed before 17:00h will be shipped from our warehouse the same day. However, if the order was placed after 17:00h it will be shipped the next day.

We work together with different local partners all over Europe.

Once a product has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.



            - Delivery time (from dispatch):

- Spain peninsula: 24-48H

- Canary Islands and Balearic Islands: 2-5 days

- Portugal: 24-48H

- Rest of Europe: 2-5 days

- United Kingdom: 3-5 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond IDIDA's control.


These factors may include: extreme weather conditions, customs delays, carrier delays, etc.

* Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays if applicable.
